Our Services

At Ash & Bloom Counseling, I provide a supportive space to work through challenges like anxiety, depression, ADHD, and life transitions. Together, we’ll focus on building tools for balance, growth, and lasting change.

Sessions

Every session is tailored to the clients needs and goals for therapy. However, below I have answered some common questions about sessions in general.

  • Length: Standard sessions are 50–55 minutes.

  • Location: Sessions are currently offered via secure telehealth, so you can meet from the comfort of your own space. In-person sessions will be available in Greenville, NC in the near future.

  • Frequency: Most clients start with weekly sessions to build momentum and consistency. Over time, we may shift to bi-weekly depending on your needs and progress.

  • Approach: Each session is personalized which allows for you to set the pace and focus. Together, we’ll use evidence-based tools (like CBT, DBT-informed skills, Brainspotting, and IFS) while making space for reflection and growth.

  • Confidentiality: Sessions are private and confidential, creating a safe space for you to explore openly without judgment.

Fees

I believe therapy should feel both supportive and accessible. Below you’ll find information about session fees. If cost is a concern, sliding scale spots may be available.

  • Session Fee: $150 per 50–55 minute session

  • Sliding Scale: A limited number of reduced-fee spots are available to make counseling more accessible. These slots range from $60-$80

  • Payment: Payments are made securely through SimplePractice, my online client portal. Payment is due at the time of each session.

  • Insurance: Ash & Bloom Counseling is currently private pay only. However, I can provide a monthly superbill that you may submit to your insurance for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Please check with your insurance provider for details on your coverage.

  • Cancellation Policy: Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged the full session fee.
